Fast, fun and fabulous! They make you feel like a millionaire on a starving artist budget. An easy way to afford beautiful furniture and appliances - within two years you own outright, but while you are paying, if anything needs repair, the bill is on them (with their own protocol and service people). I've bought a stove, a dryer, two refrigerators and now looking forward to my new living room set being delivered any day now. I'm a customer for life.

My fiance and I went into the Manchester nh store location to purchase our second bed from this franchise and maybe another tv on November 26th. We had bought a laptop and before and bed from other locations in nh. We arrived around 1pm. By 1:30 we had chosen from the five options available and had started doing paperwork. Just before 2:20 I asked how much longer it would take approximately. The lady responded, "I have no idea." I then let her know I had a doctors appointment for 3pm and was just starting to get anxious about it. She refused to elaborate any further and said she really doesnt know. This sat weird with me as it's her job and she was knowledgeable about the store hinting it wasn't her first day. I walked away for about 10 minutes when my girlfriend called me over to cash out. She could tell I felt funny and asked what was wrong so I voiced my opinion to her in front of the lady and another employee saying it was very stressful and could have been avoided super easy and didnt think it was right. The guy at the counter was from the delivery truck. I saw him look up at me n chuckle n look back down so I asked if he had an opinion he would like to share. Unstead of being like Sharron that's silly give him an estimate next time he exploded on me saying, " ya know what you can get the *** out. Your not even a customer she is. we just had to sit here and listen to you b*tch for 2 mins straight. I dont have anything to say to you so ***ing leave or I'll call the cops!" I then told my significant other I dont want to pay towards this purchase anymore. With all the noise another male came from the office right there and asked what was going on. The rude guy then replied, "this guy is clearly on drugs causing problems hes not a customer and I told him to leave and hes not you should call the cops!" My girl then yelled at everyone to stop and wanted to just pay and leave. The new man said he thought that would be best for everyone. I did not agree or feel good about this at all didnt want to continue wasting my time or energy in this manner and cashed out n left. I then called customer service and made a complaint to the man and he made me feel a lot better about the situation. He assured the general manager would contact us soon. To my surprise he called within 5 minutes but didnt want to talk to me cause I didnt sign the paperwork. I chose to elaborate anyways again to the best of my ability despite being flustered from getting brushed off about being treated so wrongly a second time. I then passed the phone to her and he asked her if she still bought something despite the experience which was a yes. He also asked what she wanted done about it and she said she should get a month credited to our purchase. He assured he could do no such thing and that's about the extent of that call. I've spent the last 5 winters in Hawaii because I have psoriasis and the winter seasons lack of sun and humidity give me a really hard time. This is my first winter In a long time and i had to shave my head and face 3 days ago it was so bad(Long hair triggers outbreaks). I think this is why the rude man called me a drug addict, also my older cousin died from drugs so despite how upset I was I walked away instead. I feel nothing was accomplished for how I felt with the general managers lack of concern and no a 70$ free payment would not of made me feel better either! Delivery is today. Thanks for the wonderful experience or lack there of. I hope your smart enough to not send that unstable man to my house!

Aaron's staff are the best! They understood when I needed a payment deferred due to a major surgery/being out of work for a month. The items that I have purchased through them are very good quality and the price you end up paying if you do installments is not that much more than if you bought outright. Looking forward to paying off the two items I am paying on currently and getting something else! My apartment is looking great thanks to Aarons -

You have to call them if you cant pay..then go from there..
Not sure. They usually have a buy out price. But you can also pay by the week or by the month.
