My experience here was fantastic! I placed an order with Mikey, who was fantastic. Several days after the order was placed, I realized that I had made a terrible mistake and ordered the wrong size. I called, but Mikey was not in that day. Mitchell picked up the call and was a super hero! It was near the end of the day, and he quickly called the supplier and assured me the problem was solved, but the door would be arriving late summer. Not a problem for me at all. Two weeks later the door had arrived in perfect condition and was installed and is perfect. Thanks Mitchell and the team at Discount windows for a great job

I needed a special order door for a job and went to discount to see what I could find. The salesman was helpful while there, and the customer chose what door they wanted when I sent them some quotes for various designs. Every time they tried to call in and place the order their calls were never returned. I went in person a second time to speak with the salesman I had spoke with prior to let them know my customer would be calling to get this order placed and paid for. They said ok, I told the customer to ring it in. Their calls were never returned again! Complete failure in customer service. I don’t know how I can suggest this place to anyone anymore…….I used to.

I was working with Parr on purchasing five Miligard Trinsic windows, but they were super sluggish on getting back to me in my initial conversations. Could it have been my gothicky attire that put them off? In any case, this last week I reached out to Discount Windows - Mitch Billman, to be specific - and was immediately provided with a quote and 2-3 subsequent (and nearly immediate) communications and revised quotes. For this reason only - and hey, saving a few hundred certainly is nice too - I chose to stick with Discount Windows. Great service, great prices, and no hassles. Boom! On to the next item on my to-do list!
