Brought my motorhome here to get the generator serviced. Brought it home and it immediately started dumping fuel on my driveway. Took it back to the shop and they billed me to replace a filter that they cracked. I also specifically requested that they plug my coach into power if it was going to be sitting overnight. They didn’t, and ruined my batteries by letting them sit flat dead for 2 days. They won’t do anything about the batteries. We will see what my lawyer says.

Super great experience. When I called with a minor problem with my generator. Andrea fit me right in the next day even though they are pretty busy. I showed up 15 minutes late and they took a look and Ang and Andrea did some work on the spot. Really good customer service and knowledgeable of the product. Highly recommend and shout out to Andrea and Ang for their hospitality and help!

The customer service is terrible. A little over 30 days ago, we had them come out and service our home generator. The diagnostic was $400, then because the technician, who was very nice, didn't have the part it was another $350 +/- for a second trip to install the part. Last week the generator didn't kick on after a power outage. Now they want to charge another $400 for yet another diagnostic.
