The place is small, the parking area is also small compared to other planet fitness I been to, it can be crowded at time. Mostly at the free weight area. There's a 30 minute work out area that no one really use. If they would re-arrange those area it would look less crowded. They need to add some protein shake for purchase. Other then that you'll get your work in.

I joined this Planet Fitness a few weeks ago even though I do not live in this town. The reason is that it is worth it! The facility is very good. The staff are friendly and welcoming. They greet the members upon entry and is helpful. The equipment is clean and organized. I saw the staff lifting the equipment up to clean and wipe them down! It is very good hygienic practice!

They don’t treat their customers well.. I don’t feel comfortable when going to this location... I’m always met with negative energy.. when you work out you want to feel comfortable, but the staff and even the customers makes that hard... When cancelling my membership they gave me a hard time.. I will not be coming back to this location and I’m going to make sure my friends cancel as well so we can all go to a more friendly location since we all workout together. DO BETTER, be nicer.. it doesn’t cost you a thing...

Great location. I went today (08/28/20) between 2:00 and 3:00 and there was nobody there. It's very clean and tidy, well organized. VERY HYGIENIC, which definitely matters now with the Coronavirus BS going on. It's on the second floor of an industrial park building but it has an elevator for anyone who requires it. I've been to a bunch of Planet Fitness gyms and always have a decent time but this one in Wilmington is definitely a cut above. Great employees, highly recommend this gym if you live in the area.
