Staff was awesome and accommodating. Quick response when I needed help to have my fridge changed. Quiet neighborhood and everyone is friendly.

My boyfriend and I lived here for two years and at first we loved it. Maintenance was always been so great to work with and we really loved the locker feature. At some point I’m pretty sure they got new management and that’s when everything started going downhill. We started getting strange charges on our bill and when I asked about them, the people I talked to seemed to get flustered. We were also told about a year after moving in there that we were 6 months behind in utilities even though we never had them shut off and everyone had been telling us that our bills were paid. The biggest reason that we ended up moving out is because 1) the parking situation is god awful and 2) I found two needles and glass right next to my car one morning. We had to literally RACE home if we were going to get home after 11pm and there were times I had to park at my parents and have them drive me home because the parking was all taken. Then the needles happened. It was just too much.

Honestly if you see this and are thinking about moving here, DONT!!!!!! They are scammers and don’t care about their residences and the staff is unbelievably rude and completely unprofessional. I would even go as far to say the staff they hire is ghetto and completely unprofessional and rude. Lumina.

DON’T FALL FOR LUMINA APARTMENTS. By far the worst apartment I have lived. Somebody hit and ran my car and even broke into my car. The walls are paper thin and if I was listening to music or even watching TV (at a normal volume because I hate sound blaring) one of my neighbors would try to complain, you can even hear conversations if you stand right outside the door. For some reason the rent kept increasing for me after covid started? I moved in paying $1075 and left at the end of the one year lease paying $1300 and they stopped giving me invoices. Sounds illegal to me.. Let’s talk about the mold. The mold is horrible! It never stops and the apartments expect you to clean it yourself and leave your window open all seasons long (I have severe asthma and mold and cold air can put me into a horrible asthma attack leading in hospitalization.) These apartments are scammers and management sucks and doesn’t help With anything.

Tbh parking is awful here, there is public parking and you receive 2 public parking passes. Sometimes you can be driving around the complex for 20 minutes looking for a spot and end up parking far from your apartment. Get a paid spot and hope no one steals your spot :/
I was given a thing when i moved in that was a maintenance request, we turned it in but nothing. It wasn't until i went up to the office and made it there with one of the office ladies who actually logged the request in. Got back within a day. So if you can't find it within any papers they gave you or online, id just go up to the office and make the request there
It's split among all the tenants equally. So even if you don't use any, you're still paying
Yeah, definitely not a local company. Otherwise, things around this complex might actually be up to standard. They advertise 'Luxury Apartments'.... Nothing Luxury about this place. Ghetto, loud, Can't wait to move.
Thank you the property looks great but the reviews frequently mention mold have you had this problem?
