Was told not to deal with smoke alarms when the batteries go out but to turn in a work order. When moved in almost 2 yrs ago or could be fined. I turned in work order early Thursday morning, but has yet to be done. Tenants are to turn in maintenance concerns in a "timely manner " as per the rental agreement, but they sure don't get done in timely manner

Been living here for a few years now, and we really like it here. Had some issues with terrible neighbors but management especially Corianna were very helpful when it came to dealing with them. Sure it's not perfect, a lot of the adults who live here need to learn how to put their trash in the compactor instead of around it. And you occasionally get a balcony DJ or gathering that decides that you want to listen to their music or surround sound system, but a call to the office or security usually puts an end to it. Never had any huge issues with our unit and any maintenance we needed was done within days. Overall it's a nice place to live no complex is ever going to be perfect, so don't expect it to be. Also if you live here and you are reading this, put your trash in the compactor you're probably in your 30's or 40's you're embarrassing yourself.

Best apartments my wife and I have lived in yet! Clean, clear communication, and any errors in rent payment are caught quickly by their staff. I appreciate their kind nature and their quick response to maintenence issues. I highly recommend this complex!

Nice place to live. The remodeled apartments look nice and management is very friendly. My only complaint is that sometimes you need to remind them to get maintenance done. Amazon Hub on site, fitness room, pool and hot tub, holiday parties that are great for kids, and mostly friendly neighbors. Edit: 4* to 2* Overall, the apartment itself is still nice, but I don't trust my car here anymore. In the year and a half I've lived here, we've had our car broken into twice, and our license plates stolen. I've told management, and they just kinda shrug their shoulders and say to file an insurance claim. Plus the car port two away from mine had their car stolen a couple weeks back. Then when it snowed here, probably half or more of the carports collapsed. My car was safe thankfully, but from what I've heard they're calling it an act of God and are refusing to help anyone with it. Oh, and dog poop EVERYWHERE. I get that it's on the residents to clean up after themselves, but it's constantly on the sidewalk and everything. Edit 2: Starting to get pretty ridiculous. I went out at around 3pm today, and there was nothing posted to our door. Now just took out the trash at about 8:30 pm and we have a notice that we need to park our car outside of our assigned paid parking space, to another spot that is or was not covered. The letter says we have til 9am tomorrow or they'll tow our car at OUR expense. Glad I needed to take out the trash I guess or I probably wouldn't have seen this. No knock, no call, no email. Management used to be good, and I'm sure things are crazy with half the parking structures collapsed, but we're quickly losing faith in them.
