I wish I could have rated them higher because they have some great people working there, but... _ took almost 2 months to fix a simple repair on jeep and failed to work with ins properly costing me a few hundred dollars. Didn't replace antenna (I supplied), or return it. Then tried them out on detailing my truck /spray liner/ headliner I just was not impressed. Carpet is stiff (just spay painted) and blotchy. The headliner is not tight. They tried passing off as if they recovered visors as I asked, but they were not. Melted interior door lock and bezel ( replaced). Cracked my dash and didn't repair on 2nd trip or 3rd, threw out my bedliner, but replaced. Paint was rough, not polished, damage to bed body rails when removed aftermarket rails. Didnt repair tailgate latch as asked. Took 3 trips to get it semi clean and gave up. The 2 stars are for staff personalities, not work done

Went here in search of several items; Hard Truck Bed Cover Nerf Boards All weather mats Goose Neck Install Let’s start at the beginning; -Sales guy wasn’t overly friendly, he did ask if I needed help but beyond that, wasn’t very helpful. -Truck bed cover, said their distributor was out and so was everyone else’s.... -Nerf Boards were way over priced......almost double what I ended up paying elsewhere. -All weather mats, again almost double what I ended up paying for a better mat. -Goose neck install, said they got $700 for install plus parts.......so another $300-$400 for a good gooseneck hitch. So needless to say I didn’t buy anything from these guys.....Ended up going to Modern Auto Extras, in Winston Salem.....and boy was I glad I did. -Had several hard covers on display and their distributors had plenty in stock. -Nerf Bars selection was great and gave me a great price, almost half of what KTD wanted for similar. -All weather mat selection was great, and were able to get me the newest mat by weather tech at almost half the price of KTD for a lesser mat. -Goose neck install was quoted at $799.00 including parts, and they use a very good BW goose neck hitch. Needless to say KTD lost a potential customer whom was willing to spend some money, meanwhile Modern Auto Extras, gained a lifelong customer. If you live in Winston Salem go to Modern, if you live in Kernersville or Greensboro area, it’s well worth your 20-30 minute drive to ModernAuto Extras in Winston Salem, the money you save will more than make up for the few extra dollars of gas.
