1) ---- At the beginning, I wrote only 1 comment - (did not give a garage). Added new text today. ----- We moved here from a private house - a) there was a shelter for a car, b) a warehouse for goods - and all this was contained in) a dry warehouse - the rains never bothered. ----- I lived in a big city in Ukraine and I lacked urban elements - a lot of people, houses, large sidewalk roads for walking and cycling. I had never lived in an Apartment before, and at first I liked the area - it looked like a small town. ----- But .. over time, we encountered inconveniences, for example, if oblique rain pours towards the loggia, then water must penetrate under the carpet in 2 layers - there is a chance to get moldy. I saw that the floor on the balcony itself was not properly plastered (the screed was made at a slight angle towards the door and the wall into the room, but it should have been the other way around). Once we bought a bag ($ 15) of ready-made dry mortar (strong plaster) and I myself leveled the floor against the wall all over the balcony. Water has not visited us for almost 1 year. But ... the walls outside have old wooden boards, which still dry up in places and drown us again. Water under the carpets is not always noticeable - I lift and open wet places. ---- Price. The price is also high here. For all payments, we get the same cost ($ 1,250-1,300) - as in a private luxury dry house with a garage and a warehouse. Here we are very cramped - we do not know where to put stocks. Or live one day? I will now exhibit photographs.

Very poor, management they work with you when they want to only if it benefits them. Pool was constantly closed during the summer of 2021. The gates broke the moment I was handed my keys all of the gates by the way. Also unlawfully evicted me and my family after hurricane ida and gave us a 6 day notice to get all our things out. Unless new management and owners don’t live here. Also maintenance is lazy and they let the trash pile up at the dumpster. Again don’t live here you’ll regret it.

I have loved living here for the last month! It is definitely the nicest apartment complex I have ever lived in, not only due to the wonderfull amenities like a pool, walking, path, grills, etc. But also because of the kind neighbors and staff! The office staff make you feel like family even if your forgot your mask😉 Jesus Christ told us to love our neighbor and this place makes that commandment easy! Highly recommend!
