Have no clue why you are charging rent when the apartments aren’t gonna have any electricity running until the September 29th. Right now when the people need there money because they had to evacuate because of the hurricane. No running water and no electricity it’s not even livable at the money. So I dont understand why still charge rent for something that doesn’t have any working utilities. You guys care more about pocketing your wallets then working with you renters in this situation we are in right now.

Good but after finishing your first term price goes up. And I only wish if there was laundry in the unit.

My daughter lives here seems like a nice place live. They are very quick to repair things wrong with the apartments without gripes.

Have been living here for a little over a year, no complaints beside the roaches when I first moved in. Had to call pest control out a couple times but management always did take care of any issues that I was experiencing.

We do not have any at this time due to damage from Hurricane Ida.
