Thank you PROMTO Seabrook for fast professional service at a fair price. I first went to my local jiffy lube, that i have used for years to get oil change was quoted $109.00 FOR AN OIL CHANGE on my 2019 kia optima with 50k,when I questioned the price kid behind counter quickly snapped at me "have you seen the price of oil" I then asked if there was any specials or coupons available that would help as my car was already in the bay, his reply was i dont know you can try to find one. at that point i told him to pack it up, and i wont be coming back. this was my first time promto visit I will be using you for now on MIKE

My fiance got an oil change here and they used the wrong drain plug as well as using a temporary seal without telling her. It was also forced on. This caused her oil to start leaking. Luckly we took it to a Subaru dealership and they actually told her what was the problem. Now we have to worry that they didn't mess up her oil pan. She said that no one even told her at Prompto that they did this to her car. Very unprofessional and now costed more money to fix. I don't recommend this place. I worked at a dealership and all the techs were shocked that someone would do this to someone's car without telling them.

Would not take my business here again. I went for a oil change and they did not put oil cap back on. Realized quickly it wasn’t there myself and that my car was leaking oil. Nor did they mention that the oil filter needed to be changed either. VERY unhappy w this service.
