Self service and the network here is a disgrace in the copy center. Wifi is so bad and has been for as long as I can remember that you will be waiting hours for your document to send to print me. For years they still can't get their act together with quality equipment , ease of use, and functionality. They use Xerox machines and the tablets are horrendous. Don't even attempt to go their in the afternoon. A complete disaster if your in a hurry for the end user. As a former employee years ago, I would be on the phone for hours with Xerox out of Canada and we solve nothing but busy work. They for sure haven't tried the equipment from a consumer perspective, and if they did it was half fast at best. Staples needs to up their game and bring up their quality and standards for the business customer and get out of the fast food of office stores and have people from the States test their software and equipment, not from overseas to save money. It's pathetic and quite honestly, rediculous.

Donnie really helped me this evening regards sending a fax that was very important to me that needed to be received asap. It is employees like him that encourage me to return to a particular store because of the service and help that I receive. I know he is doing his job and what is expected of him, however, when they are courteous with a positive attitude, that makes all the difference. So, thank you Donnie

I purchased a cell phone there and Paul, the Asst. Manager stayed late. I called recently for him to order me a laptop. Got that with the $99 install package to transfer data and they continued to provide service for the next few weeks. I also purchased a new printer and mouse. I love going in there and also use the copy center. I don't know what I'd do without them in Seabrook!

Its really a shame they hire people that are just so plain rude, specifically in the Copy Center. I have been talked back to MULTIPLE times, given attitude, been told I've been lying, and even talked to management, to which I was told they "wish they could fire ___". I have tried multiple times, to give this store a chance, because its closer to me, but I will now be driving out of my way to avoid this store... Shame on you, Staples, for closing down North Hampton, where employees were polite and knowledgeable of their jobs, and instead, keeping the Seabrook store, which is quite the polar opposite. There is rare exception, which includes a handful of managers who try their hardest to polish this "turd"of a store, and people such as George, on the floor, that work hard to make people happy. I am a Business owner that needs a good amount of printing and you have officially lost my business at this location, and slowly all locations period. I have been forced to order things online and gone to other print shops, just to avoid this store.
