Went there to purchase a pellet or gas stove asked about if they could hook it up to my unused chimney the gentleman I talked to said that he would put in a work order so they could come out to look at it. That was over a month ago never heard from them one way or another.

Over priced and tarty to appointments. For there regular pellet stove cleaning was $285!! We made an appointment for 3pm and they didn't show till after 4, luckily I had the time. For the service they preformed I could have bought a very nice ash vacuum, watched a YouTube video and done it myself!

We've had several stoves/fireplaces installed by Northern Lights and they have all been wonderful experiences. Friendly and helpful staff at the store and the installers have all been great guys and very knowledgeable. They go out of their way to ensure a super professional installation. Excellent customer service on the back end as well. Will be a customer for life.

I had a pretty bad experience bringing my bike here - when I dropped it off I told them specifically that it needed a new front rotor and and that I thought the crankshaft (or whatever holds the pedals on) probably needed to be replaced. They kept the bike a month, I had to call multiple times to find out what was going on with it, and when I finally picked it up all they had done was replace the brake pads and put some locktite on the bolt holding the pedals on. Definitely will never bring a bike back here.
