It's absolutely delight living in this apartment. Obviously there's pros and cons in living in an apartment, but I could not say anything horrible. It's what I have imagine living in this area would be. Sellwood is amazing, it feels like a tiny city in a suburbs - love the knit friendly community and walking distance parks. The apartment is very pet friendly which is a huge for me and as well as very responsive. One of the issues that I've had are some of my packages has gone missing. Management did give some ways to resolve this issues including grabbing packages asap, paying one-time fee for locked locker, or picking it up a nearest hubs. Overall, our experience is wonderful! :)

Amazing Staff, Amenities, Location and Apartments: When I moved to Portland a year ago, I was surprised by the description of some places that I found online, they claimed they had amenities like a backyard, a bike station, and spacious rooms, and the descriptions were far from it! The neighborhoods were also either too noisy or too crowded, or just plain scary! On the contrary, here, you get your money's worth and the pictures are exactly like what you are getting and is even better when you see the place in person. Well, Sellwood and Meetinghouse have upgraded my quality of living by a landslide. The building is brand new, it has two elevators (no more 4 story walk-ups), a bike storage area (so you do not have to leave your precious canondale in your apartment and actually have a living room!), a bike fixing station , a pet wash, a community room, an actual leasing office where you can drop by with any concerns or questions after regular working hours, plus they have kombucha on tap! The building has a gym, a parking garage, a huge courtyard and it is in a great location. If that is not enough, the area is safe and secure, thanks to their own security personnel. They also host events in the community room to get to know people if you are new to the area or just to do something besides work. The community room is beautifully decorated and it has a fully functional kitchen for hosting events with your friends and family. I love that I can walk to the grocery store, or the farmer's market, or to the park, the max. The buses are frequent, and they have a pretty good array of restaurants from all kinds of cuisine. When I toured the Meeting house, the staff (Andy, Carol and Susan) were very accommodating and helped me find the right apartment for my lifestyle. I cannot thank them enough for changing my perspective on how gruesome moving can be and how misleading some pictures of some places are, which are not even worth the price or headache. In short, this place is so worth it in my opinion.
