Good luck getting safe parking here. If you have roommates or multiple cars this place will not lend you a second parking pass. I have only lived here a mere 3 months and have had my car broken into 3 times in the span of 2 of those months with no response from law enforcement or Meadowlands' management team. The streets surrounding the complex are filled with trailers and trucks belonging to homeless people, I had no problem with that initially but they most definitely will prey on you and your belongings every single opportunity they get with no accountability or assistance from this place. If you value your sanity and safety look elsewhere. Don't let their leasing agents convince you otherwise. The apartments themselves are falling apart too, but that's a whole other story.

I'm going insane, I'm trying to finish out some paper work so I don't have to live there anymore and there is nobody at the office. I may go over board and call their office 20-40 times a day, but does it really matter when there's no one there. And its not just calling, in person visits are greeted with the silence of an empty office. I've even called the company that owns the shindig and they don't answer. This goes the same with emails also. I just got out of the Airforce and this was my first apartment ever, and its already left a bad taste in my mouth. If this is a sick joke I learned my lesson, I'll buy my own property from now on and not deal with non-existent owners.

I really enjoyed the staffs proffesonalism, and the sense of urgency handeling my apt. Placement. I am rebuilding my credit history, and unlike several other properties that took my $$$ aplication fees, and waited 3 days, to say, you were screend out of a great apt. The Meadowlands Apt. team looked at the same numbers and screened me into my new place. I love the move in special, the adaptable damage deposit, and the affordable monthly rent. So far I give them 5 stars on google, facebook, and IRL (In Real Life). Peace out Chazz

My husband and I moved in and it was our first ever apartment together. First impressions it was great. But overtime we realized big faults in our apartment that never got fixed. First the bathroom fan in the main bathroom was so loud you could hear it throughout the entire apartment, but because it wasn't "broken" it couldn't get fixed. We also had one of the "updated" apartments and the "updated" cabinetry wouldn't allow you to fully open the cabinets under the sink or any cabinets that were in a corner. So we could literally not store anything in either of those cabinets. Lastly it was so freaking damp in our apartment. We had two damp-rids in every room and it still wasn't enough, the windows would have mold around them and water would drip off the sill, super old windows! Then to top it off when our lease was up we were given the new lease agreement with a $200-300 rent increase. With no negotiations. It was ridiculous, there is nothing around the complex first of all, I spent so much money in damp-rid, it took forever to get anything fixed and now you want to add a rent increase? I rather go somewhere else! Which is what we did, moved somewhere else for the same price without the moldy windows. Oh plus when we lived there, management was only open from 9-4 Monday-Friday so if we wanted to talk to them we would have to miss work to pick up packages or to have a 5 minute conversation with them.
