Took my new car in at 7 am to have the air conditioner fixed. Was told 3 to 4 hrs. At 11 am, they haven't even started. My spouse was told it would be delivered when finished and a full tank of gas, what a laugh. Aroundlaa 3:30 pm they called and said it was ready but they would deliver it when they had time. We picked it up and the gas tank wasn't full. When you take a car in at 7 am and don't get it back till 3:30 , that's poor management or time .

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! This was our 3rd new vehicle purchase from O’Connor, and it will not be our last. We were looking for a Traverse. We contacted Brandon Clark, and, without hesitation, he offered to locate one for us since he didn’t have any in stock. They then went on to find not one, but THREE vehicles for us. The first 2 fell through because the other dealerships did not want to let them go. They were persistent & within a week we were driving off the lot in our new Traverse. Tim in finance made things super smooth & easy for us, and we were in & out of his office in about 15 minutes - which is fantastic. Excellent communication with Brandon throughout the entire experience - he is our go-to guy for all new vehicle purchases, he went above and beyond when he didn’t have to. I recently went in for a routine transmission filter and fluid change, they forgot to screw 2 bolts in and I've been leaking transmission fluid for a week and now they're claiming it wasn't there fault. Just goes to show the rumors of dealership service centers being horrendous. Edit: I've messaged this person and it's been 5 days they still haven't responded
