My fiancé and I went to Charlie’s Toyota to try and purchase a new vehicle. This was our second time there and, after the first time, I didn’t think it was possible to be more disappointed. I was wrong. Firstly, employees chain smoke outside the front door which is a major buzzkill. Then, they lowballed the heck out of us for a trade in and then claimed they had no negotiation room. Finally, their entire demeanor suggested that they were offended by the mere suggestion that we wanted to buy a car from them. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, I’m buying from somewhere else.

Excellent service from both sales and service side. Jason Vieira helped us to buy our 2022 Toyota Venza and it was the most enjoyable car buying experience we have had to date. The car was impeccable upon pick up, and the team focused on small details like putting a service sticker in upper left of windshield so we know when first service would be- Jason also took the time before our test drive, and upon purchase, to help us to understand how all the features worked. And when he didn’t know an answer he would be honest and look it up for us and follow up with a call. Will most definitely recommend to anyone looking for a Toyota to buy it here. Thanks to everyone for such a great experience!

Service department is decent, it can get busy so plan on appointments taking a little longer than expected.

Have been buying our Toyotas there for many years and have no desire to go anywhere else. Always treated like family and appreciated. Just ordered a 2022 Tundra Platinum edition and cannot wait to have it come in.
