They took a nice even $10 off my bottle count - I always count prior. I knew something was up as soon as one guy switched with another team member halfway through the count. I asked the lady is she was sure, nicely of course, told me she was 100% sure of the count. Was very upset, but what am I going to do? Make them give me the bottles back? Just overall extremely disappointed.

How many other redemption centers do you know that actually get a ton of positive reviews? My experience here has only been more of the same, there's no comparison to the service you receive here.

This place is clean, the people are friendly. You can't have any liquids in the bottles, no tobacco residue, and they do have to count the bottles and cans returned. Definitely the best place I've been to for bottle returns.
