They lied to me several times saying it would take "a little while" and "a couple hours" for my cat to get a UTI checked out. I waited 10 hours outside their building from 6PM until 4AM with only one update that he was "stable" early on. Had they been honest in the beginning I could've gotten a hotel room. Had they communicated with me I at least would've known what the hold up was all about. Be prepared to wait MUCH longer than anticipated with zero communication.

On July 3, 2020 we had a priority level 1 emergency with our beloved Chow Chow. We called you with his symptoms and you got us in immediately. I will be forever grateful for the great kindness and compassion the entire staff showed to us and our fur baby. It was traumatic to watch our boy suffering from a ruptured intestine caused by a large tumor we were unaware of, but because of the professionalism and compassion of the Veterinarian who truly cares for our fur babies and families, we were able to make the hard choice of what was best for our boy without regret. It was heartbreaking to say goodbye, but we were able to be right there with him, holding him as he crossed the rainbow bridge. We can’t thank the entire staff enough and highly recommend them.

I recently had to take my beloved 15 year old dog to the clinic on a Sunday morning. From the from desk clerk to the technicians to the vet, my dog and I were treated with kindness and empathy. The decision was made to say my final good bye to Juneau that day due to his advanced age and his condition, and yes, finances also played a role in that choice as well. The staff was so kind. They took great care to make sure I had time with Juneau before, during and after. Juneau was creamated and the way they took care of him and gave him back to me afterward was the greatest gift I could ask for at such a difficult time. Thank you.

I'm so grateful for Dr. Mirecki and the wonderful staff. They took my kitty in right away to make sure he was stable and breathing okay (which he was!). There were several other more pressing emergencies so there was a wait but that just means my kitty was not the most critical, for that I am grateful! They kept me informed throughout the waiting period. I would definitely recommend this facility if your pet is having an emergency that can't wait for your primary vet.
