I had a really good conversation about Minecraft today with the guy checking me out. It was lots of fun. I wish I knew his name so he could get credit. But, Hannaford is always top notch and I love the people that work there. Best prices and the best service.

Seniors and elderly beware. Despite repeated requests, "To Go" staff and manager refused to wear a mask to deliver groceries to my car even though I'm a senior and at high risk for Covid exposure. Difficult to believe not one employee was willing to put on a mask for the few minutes necessary to complete the electronic payment where employee is one foot from my open car window. Sad that Hannaford feels being politically correct is worth more than my health and safety. Shame on you Hannaford for not caring about seniors, not even for one minute!

Thank you Hannaford for not hurting me even though I was the last customer to leave the store. You were wonderful to be patient and wait for me to finish my shopping. Sorry to have been such a bother and made the very nice young man a bit late to cash up and get ready to go home. Hannaford you have great employees. Thank you for your many years of serving the community of Brewer, Maine.

The employees are friendly and courteous. The store are always very clean and organized. I never see merchandise or boxes on the floor unattended. I love to do my shopping here and recommend this Supermarket to all my friends and neighbors.
