I purchased a pair of new the model Kane Dansco shoes in size 39 and after 2 days of wearing only on carpet or hardwood floors realized these weren't working. I called Jennifer, the store manager, explained my situation and she said bring them back and we will do an even exchange for next size up. That is why you shop at Laney-Wellehan and by the best of best. Thank you Jennifer who is a great "shoe person" who I will only buy shoes from for myself as well as my husband. She isn't working we don't buy shoes .
