After having little luck with the rep over the phone,who had no idea what the promos were, I was delighted by a phone call to the Topsham location where a man named Ryan helped me determine I would benefit greater by just coming into the store and he was right. I always end up in there longer than I would like, but Ryan was Great 👍 Highly recommend and Thanks again for your help

Very dissatisfied. Went in to get a phone replacement, because mine broke. Thinking maybe I'd get the same phone. In order to get the same phone or similar, the wait time is at least a week to send you a new phone or you send in your broken phone (so you're without a phone) to be fixed. So the only option was to get a cheap $40 phone that will not last until an upgrade is an option. I've paid a lot in for insurance over the years and have only had to use it once. Why would I have it if it's never used? Looking at different carriers, I'm done with AT&T.
