Everyone was so friendly. My son said to me after we left that he thought it was so nice that all of the women were asking him about himself and making conversation, which is pretty big for a teenager to say! We were in and out in less than 45 minutes which was great as well!

Had insurance and had 45 copay had gone in quickly and was told they could not treat me until i paid copay. Had to leave and get payment Just never had that happen. I have always been treated no matter what. Especially when i have insurance card Otherwise once i went in the nurses and staff were all great

We were seen here Friday, it was quite busy but the suggested wait times were long, although we got in sooner then the wait time so that was nice, they were super friendly, prompt and thorough in assessing both my kids. We needed to be seen again today and went back there was hardly any wait time we got to see the same staff which was nice they remembered us and were again friendly, prompt and thorough in their assessment. Sad we are just realizing they are around and will absolutely be back if need be!

Any time our doctors can’t get us in last minute we head right over to Maine Urgent Care. The staff is so kind and friendly, check in is so smooth and we’re usually in and out in under a half an hour! Fantastic location, nice and clean facility and so convenient. 10/10 would highly recommend!!!
