If I could leave 0 stars I would! This place doesn't compare to discount tire in Jacksonville. From the moment walking in I knew by the attitude of Keith that it wasn't going to be a pleasant time. He was really rude! I bought all 4 new times in February of this year with 40000 miles warranty. I only put 12000 on them. Keith said that I need to replace the one because of wear and tear. No questions about it I replaced. Then they come in and tell me another tire needs to be replaced because of a screw(no light was on).I brought my vehicle to a nearby shop to get an alignment. As the workers checked over my car they noticed excessive weight on all 4 tires that would explain why my tires don't last or come close. I make sure to get my alignment done every 6 months. That would explain why this would be my 2nd set of tires within a short span of time. I will never trust them with my car yet alone get new tires again with them! Go to Ramona tires or Firestone where they hire professionals that don't try to squeeze more money out of you😒

Came in needing a set of wheels and tires without a lot of knowledge of what would fit or look good on the car. Chris Corwin was amazing and walked me through the entire process. He talked to me about options, ran the numbers in the system to make sure they would fit and kept me up to date on the whole process. Great price and superior customer service. Highly recommend this shop and Chris specifically. Will absolutely come back again.

I just like to thank them for the service I have received. They fixed my car flat tire for free and in reasonable time, also they are very professional with customers. They rebalance my car tire after the service which is very kind of them but not a good job so I had to go back again to fix the issue and the second time didn't resolve the problem. My car is shaking while I am driving now and they were not able to fix it twice. So now I have to spend time to go to another place to resolve an issue I didn't have in the first place. Stay away from balancing your car wheel in this place. Thanks

Yes, as long is the tire can be repaired. Some things like tires with low tread or sidewall damage cannot be repaired.
I know for sure if you purchase tires from them with the extra warranty there is no cost. It's a friendly helpful business!
Most tires with at least the stated minimum tread wear can be patched or repatched from the inside of the tire depending on the situation and the location of the leak. If the leak is somewhere within the treaded area of the tire, it should not be a problem. Patching is far more effective than a plug. Many times the tire patch adhesive may not have been applied properly. However, if your leak is on the sidewall of the tire, I've never heard of a competent shop even agreeing to patch the sidewall of a tire.
