I was absolutely shocked and disappointed of the public relations of the front desk dealing with RV travelers and camping enthusiast I had called to set up RV camping spot as I mentioned my size trailer or camping conditions due to work in the area I was shut away almost hung up on as if I did not have value although I was willing to pay the daily weekly rent as a normal working man but was not meeting there criteria of pathetic glamor that has been imposed upon camping recreational life that was always been to accommodate fellow travelers both for work or pleasure and now we are in those days where everything has changed and only for those who fit the bill of good luck appearance false pretense obnoxious vehicle RV expense cost to look great in an RV park and yet at the end of the day all we're doing is camping out whether $100,000 unit for $1,000 unit we are all camping with gas stoves depended upon water source and toilets to work and yet the glamor in the obnoxious expectations are wearing our people out

Since the co-op sold, the property in terms of administration and upkeep have declined dramatically. I’ve owned my place here in Harbor Village for nearly 10 years, and the new management shows a vast disregard for trash outside of peoples trailers, weeds, and especially noisy board members in the entrance of the park. It seems for people on the board, they get away with being noisy and very rude to people who have been here and enjoying the neighborhood for years prior to their arrival. Being younger, I feel very targeted and on edge by the bully-styled management aimed at turning this park into a 55 and up zone. The park itself is beautiful and I couldn’t imagine leaving this place anytime soon. However, the community-ran management is very unprofessional when it comes to calling people back, or even emailing me back when I have questions about rent. I feel I’m being pushed out of my own neighborhood.

A beautiful rv park so close to the historic part of Newport Oregon, very quiet and well kept. Very roomy and large spots to park in.

We stayed 2 weeks here and loved it. Staff is very friendly and professional. The bath house and showers were super clean. The Wifi speeds were the fastest we have ever seen...over 30-50 Mbps. Due to the hills nearby, our Verizon and AT&T signals were weak but we still had one or two bars for each. Easy walk to the water front for all the food and entertainment you could want. We love this RV park. The site was on asphalt and level. We love the cool weather of the Oregon coast during summer months.

Newport marina and rv just do background. But harbor village does both.
Was just a guest there. Not sure but didn't look like longterm.
Strictly RV. That being said, I've seen a VW bus set up basically a camp. Check out Beverly beach. Nice camp area.
