Good place to stay in your rv. Nice area to ride bikes around as well. Weather was great! @Happiness_travelz gives 4 stars

The bathrooms are horrible! You pay $35.00 to park in the parking lot and then pay to use the showers! $1.50 for 5 minutes and they are not clean. Went to use the bathroom this morning and dirty clothes from last night were still strung on the floor, no TP, 3 out of 5 toilets were closed, no soup on dispenser, no paper towels, door wide open for any Crack Head to walk into and steel your stuff. This place is a mess!

We ended up staying 5 months in the Annex! The monthly prices during the off season are way overpriced. During the on season even way more overpriced. If staying here again I would definitely choose the Marina side instead of the annex. I would say any place not backed up to the Motel 6 would be great! Motel 6 couldn't get a handle on the bridge workers who were staying on a basis. They enjoyed loud parties, get togethers, grills on the balcony and you ended up with a yard full of cigarette butts, leftover food containers and food! Regular visitors were the same. There really is no privacy between your RV and the motel or your neighbors for that matter. Our neighbor was a spot & parking hog, they have been there for a few years not (not sure how that works when the limit is supposed to be 6 months). Not all spots have 50 amp so I am sure the spots are limited. If I had to stay again it would be on the east side of the annex. When it rains it gets very muddy and potholes and it becomes difficult to park your vehicle without causing ruts and they become deep ruts because there is no where else to park. Not sure when they last filled the pot holes. It seems like the codes are handed out freely by previous guests as they have to change the bathroom codes often. The laundry room hasn't changed in over 6 years, same machines and same dirtiness. Expensive to wash and dry. The internet has not improved at all it is almost non existent. The channels you get are very limited in the annex and you do not get what is advertised. So in the 6 years since we last stayed long term the prices have pretty doubled and the service has not improved to match the services. The views in the Marina are outstanding the annex still leaves a lot to be desired. You things with the amount they charge they could have greatly improved the annex! Hannah has some great customer service skills!

Great location, easy to get to, large pull-through sites, central to dining and attractions, clean and well-kept, surrounded by walking trails, reasonably priced. I highly recommend this RV park for anyone visiting Newport or traveling the Oregon coast.

Yes they do at the marina store next to the boat launch.
They raise the prices way up for the festival, seemed like 90ish per night and yes, full hkp in the main areas. The reservations are non refundable.
We pay about $1000/month for 6 months.
Yes if the Rv is in good shape no broken windows, tarps, etc..We have a veterans discount in the main RV park
yes to qualify for a monthly site a background check must be done on all adults staying in the RV. The background check fee is 42 dollars per person. If you don't have any felonies or anything crazy in the last year we will rent to you. Also the RV must be a newer model in good shape no boarded up windows etc. We are not along term park 6 month max. 800 per month in the winter in the Annex park. 850 month winter rate in the Marina RV park.
Unpaved sites, gravel, all back in ( I believe)
We are a vacation park we do not sell long term sites. 6 month max $750.00 per month $40 per person background check any adults staying in the RV. Dogs extra 3 dog limit on a leash at all times. Must have BG run before we will set up a reservation
Yes they're open year round. Check website for cost. www.portofnewport.com.
$650.00 on the annex side $850.00 on the main side the annex side has grass we have a pet so it's just easier over here more places to take him it's nice little Park we've been here about 2 months and are staying until August
$22 per night.
I'm about 99% certain that you can not have a campfire at the RV park. But there is a state campground about a mile or two south of there where you can.
Noon.
