What is the dog policy? What is revquirments on dogs is there a size, weight and breed restriction?

No they just have to be on a leash and nice i have seen all kinds of dogs

There is no height weight or breed requirement. The only requirement is that it has all of its shots and is on the leash and you pick up your dog feces there are poopy bags throughout the park by all trash cans
