Went looking for a swimsuit for my daughter. We had been to 7 or 8 stores before going to Macy's. We had seen one online and it showed as being "in stock" so we drove over from Hannaford. Of course the computer was wrong and the swimsuit was not in stock. It happens. We continued to go through the remnants of swimsuits for another 30 minutes or so and she found a top that she liked. We began searching for the missing bottom to the swimsuit looking for the pattern and getting excited when we found it only to be disappointed because we found a 2xl, a 2xl, a 3xl, an xl, a 3xl and on and on like that through every rack. Seriously, anyone who separates the top and bottom of a swimsuit so they can have a 3xl top and a small or extra small bottom needs to be tasered, tagged with a tracker and made to pair up all of the mismatched sizes correctly and organize the entire clothing department. I'm kidding of course. It was just a frustrating search that was caused by another person's inconsideration. After finding the match we trekked across the store to the fitting room to verify that it fit. Success! It fit. We found the nearest cash register, paid for the swimsuit and we out the exit to the sweltering heat of the outside. We excited on the wrong side of the building. Back inside we went and retraced our steps to find our exit. Cleverly we took a shortcut, but it went through the cloud of perfume from the makeup department. We quickened our steps fearing that staying too long in the toxic cloud would do more than burn our lungs and make our eyes water. We walked faster and faster until there ahead we saw our exit... freedom was within our reach. We zigged and we zagged through stands of clothing racks and displays and mannequins and then finally out the door. Thank you. ~ Jeremy ‐--------------------------------------

Checking out couch ideas for the new living room. Macy's is the first place I check and has always been the last place I go! Love these. I bought my leather sectional 11 years ago, moved multiple times and this couch still looks like new. Macy's might be a higher price then the big box stores but the price you pay up front saves you money for many years to come.

Call the store, ask for the personnel office... talk to them and find out how you should be directed. If there's a problem to be resolved, they would know how to handle it.
I checked the website and it said no items matched. They do have Celine handbags if that is any consolation

Yes, you do. The sales slip will indicate what credit card you use and they will credit that one.
Start with Store Manager...Keep a record of your conversation and give the manager a copy of the letter you received. Follow up...within a week and send his responses on to Macy's Headquarters.

As I know, security tag have to be removed before exiting, but product label and price label should stay on product or stored with bill
