Went to exchange shorts for a different color and the associate Joe gave me such an attitude when I told him I didn’t have my receipt. I showed him on my bank statement that I purchased them and how much but he didn’t care. This associate hasn’t been very friendly in the past as well. Poor customer service

Looking for a bathing suit, took a while to find the right section. Did buy one. Clerk was very nice.

Love the selection and they are always running good deals on the majority of the clothes. Having a saphora inside makes the trip a double good deal as my fiancé can usually find something she needs there. Only complaint is in overall feel. The store hasn't updated its look in a while and is starting to feel a bit outdated.

Really unhappy with your store in South Portland at the Maine Mall. Supposedly ALL JCPenney's locations are supposed to have OPEN fitting rooms. I do not appreciate false advertising and people need to be able to try on clothing to make sure fits appropriately not just buying blind and hope fits only to waste gas doing returns. Keep your word and keep your fitting rooms open, period!
