First time was great. Two of the employees helped me picked out a handful of items. Went in a few more times with no issues. This next time I asked one of the employees who initially helped me the very first time I went in if they have any flared jeans. She tells me that "the store just reorganized". Didn't offer to help me whats-so-ever. Felt uninviting. If I can avoid going in to shop, I will. Or find a new brand.

Store hours should be updated. I came in at 5.30 PM and the store is closed, even though all other stores in the mall are open

No matter what Express store I walk in or person on line, it has always been a wonderful experience , very friendly and professional. Love the clothes and styles you have to offer. They fit pretty much any age. I am over 50 and love your clothes!

I had a very good experience. I like how the employees help their customers. The suit fits me well. I would definitely revisit sometime and would recommend to whoever want to get good suit.
