UPS customer service is awful. I live in an apartment complex that has a security door. How am I supposed to sign for something if they can't get in the building? Then they give me a delivery window of 5-7pm. So I arrange my day to hang out in the vestibule like a creep to wait for them. Only to find out that UPS "tried" to deliver at 9am. I was home, you didn't try at all. The 800 number is useless, the people working the desk at the warehouse, which is only 1 mile from me told me they can't help and to call the 800 number. They have always helped in the past, now they won't. Logistics specialists? Does any of this sound logistical? I think not. The package is heavy and fragile. It does not need to be constantly loaded, unloaded, thrown around and jostled. I'm trying to make this super easy on everyone and you're intentionally making it harder.

This might be the only way to get a UPS Customer Service rep to engage. For the last 2 weeks or so they have repeatedly mis-delivered packages to our residence. It wasn't an issue for almost a full year. All you get to do if there is an issue is fill out an online claim form. Hopefully we can get vendors that ship UPS to switch to FedEx or something else. Their terrible customer service needs to have consequences. UPDATE: UPS reached out to say "contact us via Social Media". This is the extent of my social media use. Maybe try using an actual phone number or how about an email address. I'd send a letter via UPS, but it would probably get lost.

Waiting for a package to be delivered paid extra money to have it delivered on the 29th only to find out that they weren’t delivering it on the 29th and they said they were delivering on the 30th still waiting for it today but tracking says it won’t be here till November 1 and I cannot get anybody to actually answer me and I don’t know why there’s been this delay but it seems like every time that I have to go through UPS for something something like this happens

Yes you can but the shipment will need to be packaged and have a label.
No only a UPS STORE can scan that and print your return label at this point in time, I'm guessing it's an Amazon return , you could cancel the return on web, and redo the return selecting to print the label at home via an email they send you or Staples can print from that email from your smart phone .
Don't open it and call 1800 pickups , they'll come retrieve it.
There is no one there on Sundays. If you come in after.9:00 on Monday, someone will be there to help you.
They do have an emergency #.. 🤔Not sure how that works.. I hope this helps.. Other wise it opens at 3:30
