My previous few experiences at this location were less than professional, so I used to drive further to the Rochester NH location, and those guys are still great in my opinion. Today, the Dover location swayed me with courteous, quick, and organized professionalism. I'll be using this location on a regular basis (as long as nothing untoward happens as a result of my oil change, which I do not anticipate).

Been going here for over 20 years. Only had 1 issue with the filter not put on tightly but I'm sure it happens every so often.

Great technicians fastest service around, with a very nice and clean shop; drive in drive out in ten minutes. 30.00 and some change. You can't beat it for the price or the prompt service.

The gentlemen at Prompto are awesome. Very polite, professional and know what they're doing. Their prices can't be beat and you don't have to wait for long or book an appointment to get your service done. As long as I'm in this part of the state I'll always take my vehicles there for servicing.
