Employees are helpful and nice however, I cancelled a small print order, just 3 copies 45 cents, when I picked up a different order I was charged for the cancellation of the copy order... Wow 45 cents!!! Just the principal of the whole thing jeopardizing losing a customer?

Staff member asked me if I needed assistance and was helpful. Cashier was friendly. Easy disposal of used ink cartridges. I think the difference from other Staples is a larger clearance isle and not as much on display, such as office and gaming chairs. Wifi available.

I have mixed feelings about Staples. Website is chaotic, services are slow, however this particular Staples surprised me. Staff attentive, helpful, ready to answer all my questions and offered help beyond their duty. I got what I need and my visit was very pleasant. Thank you!
