I had some loose family heirloom diamonds that were passed down to me and I wanted to make them into something I could wear. They were all varying in size so it was hard to come up with something at first. Amber at Market Square Jewelers had the idea to do a graduated pendant. She kept in touch with me throughout the design process and was just as excited as I was when I came to pick it up! It’s absolutely stunning and I’m so happy I can enjoy it now. ❤️

This jewelry store is a hidden gem, to use a pun. I needed to find a silver necklace and the gentleman who helped me was so helpful in finding the right length for me. I returned several times to get my watch bands sized and they worked hard to try to find the right length for me. I asked them offhand if they could modify a ring that I liked that didn’t have a proper band and it kept pinching me. They said they would do what they could do. When they called me and told me that it was going to be difficult I replied thaI trusted their jewelers would figure out what to do. I really like the store. It is a bridge between the past when craftsmanship meant something. These are real jewelers. They’re not the ones in the mall trying to sell you something expensive. They are not trying to force you to buy anything. They let you browse and make discoveries on your own. Too many gifts are unoriginal now because they’re all bought from Amazon. This store is a hidden gem because you’ll find unique affordable gifts in your price range. If you’re ever walking around downtown Dover definitely take a peek inside. They won’t bother you. They let you look. It’s a very pleasant environment and you might find something you really really like!

I bought my wedding band here for my August 2020 wedding. 5 months later it cracked and I brought it in to be fixed, when I asked the woman why it might have happened she offered little explanation. She said they would fix the ring for free which was nice, but if it happened again I should get it reshanked. When I picked up my ring today the shank was WAY thinner, when I stated this I was brushed off. Now I will definitely need to have my ring reshanked but I will bring my business elsewhere.. this felt very shady, I am very disappointed.

Went in looking for wedding bands and to have my vintage engagement ring fixed. Outstanding service. I was thoroughly impressed by Brandon's (?) knowledge and help. He wasn't pushy at all - just helpful and worked with us until we found the pieces that were just us! As a designer, I loved the selection of interesting vintage pieces. Will definitely be back!
