I've been going here for a few years. I have had several appointments and two pairs of glasses made. The people are truly wonderful. From reception to medical practitioners to fitting glasses, they are kind, helpful, and patient. I require some extra testing because of a health issue, and I feel like I always have plenty of time to ask questions. As a disabled person with a service dog, I have found them all to be knowledgeable and the epitome of respectful. I really appreciate everything they do!

Conway eye Care is a wonderful operation. Today my glasses were slightly bent, Jill not only cleaned them, change the nose pads, straighten them out and made them look as good as new again, it was compliments of Conway eye Care. Great customer service. thank you, Jill. Of course , I go there for all my eye appointments and they're all fabulous but today was particularly pleasant.

Delivery is timely. When the Gorham store messed up my order over and over, and took 2 months to get my contacts, I called this store in North Conway, and Carolyn came to the rescue. I am legally blind, have suffered through retinal detachments in both eyes, and need an extremely high prescription, in fact my rx calls for the highest prescription that is made in contacts and it still won't correct me. So I was desperate for this delivery to be fixed and fast, as it is miserable not being able to even see your hands or feet! I was so ecstatic that Carolyn came through for me! Their prices and discounts are very good. I would order from this particular store and especially Carolyn again even through Gorham NH is 3 miles away and this store is 20, the drive is worth it to meed the kind and knowladgeable Carolyn! Give them a try, you will be so glad you did! Thank you again Carolyn!!

My college student daughter called to see if she could schedule an appointment later in the summer before she returns to college out of state. We are aware of the pandemic and they are currently not taking appointments but we called for information for a later date. The receptionist was nothing but absolutely rude. Yelling at my daughter for bothering her calling for an appointment when they have patients with appointments trying to reschedule. They did not have time to get even talk to her about making appointments. We understand doctors offices are under a lot of strain right now but that gives the no excuse to treat customers rudely. We may be looking to southern New Hampshire and travel out of the MWV for our eye care.
