The worse worker being rude towards others worse place to go and not attend. Miguel is the most rudest person he’s not doing his job and makes lots of errors. Please fix your service and place.

This is among the worst usps facilities. I dropped off an important shipment before noon and they didn’t send it or update it until the next evening. There were no updates on the tracking whatsoever. They ONLY shipped it because I had to go and ask them about it the next day. Who knows how many days it would have sat at the facility without going out. The post office worker was also very unhelpful when I asked about the status of the shipment. I’d highly recommend going to any other usps facility. This location needs a lot more improvement.

My mother sent me a package from NM and it was suppose to come on Friday 8/22. I am still waiting. and its 8/28. We found out it was at the bush st post office since Friday. We were told they attempted delivery on Friday, but we were home all day and there was no note either on my door or in my mailbox and no second attempt was made. They are lying they never attempted delivery they were just lazy. Now I have to go and pick it up. Very poor service.

The people in the office are decent, but the carrier that handles our area is worthless. He seems to pretend he delivers items, then leaves a notice that he tried when we are at our business all day, every day. He was supposed to deliver a package on Saturday, but it was returned because he alleged that our business was closed. I spent the entire day at our office, left the outer door open wide, left the front door unlocked, just so it would be obvious that we were available. He also alleged that he left a notice, but he did not. The only way I knew there was supposedly an attempt is that I checked the tracking number.
