This is the worst internet I've had I think ever. I'm pretty sure the dial-up I had in 2000 was faster, I am on the verge of smashing the stupid router. If you have other options in your area take them, they can only be better.

What a waste of time sat in line got to the register for I'm not ready I'm finishing out someone else will get to you before me. Then I get to a rep ask if I can get a case for my wife's phone and they tell me we don't sell to anyone that isn't a customer... Wow

Don't even get me going about Spectrum Stores, such as Spectrum Mobile. Since when, can you NOT take your cell phone in to be repaired, and here's the kicker, the don't have any cell phones in store, no apple tv demos working in store at that time AND no sanitizer! This was 2months ago @ the Bangor store. I was sent away with a pamphlet to make my claim. Only 1 employee was njce enough, without attorney from the 1st 2 customer service representatives snubbed me and were either too busy and finishing up their previous orders, 15 min after the customer left and the other lady didn't know how to make a claim. I have been in customer service for 30 years now, started working at 17. I was extremely disappointed & still am. ( again this was at the only Spectrum store on Stillwater now, the new location)

This was my first time to visit the new Spectrum location. It's beautiful. The staff were wonderful in helping me close the account I was using. It was in my boyfriend's name and he unfortunately passed. Opening a new account was carried out flawlessly by Ashley. This was her first time to do what I needed done and she aced it. Shane was a wonderful help also. Great team
