I've tried calling the Broadway store off & on all day & only got voicemail! Do they ever answer the phone??!! I stopped at the same store on Sunday at 2:35pm & was told the system was already down as they closed at 3pm. However, when calling the store, the voicemail says it's open until 5pm on Sundays & their business card says it closes at 5pm as well. Which is it?? The man working was rude & snarky & basically said he wouldn't help us. Do they always shut down the system 25 minutes before they close?? I've been a customer for a number of years now & am appalled at how my daughter & I were treated on Sunday! Maybe we should find another company to go through!! I'm quite ticked off!!!

I went into the Broadway Bangor store yesterday. A gentleman named Ben came to assist me. I told him the issues going on with my phone. I had just paid my phone bill and my phone was going incredibly slow. He punched on the keyboard looked at me and said "well I don't know what else to do. I can't just magically make it go faster" I chuckled and left. He was extremely rude. Did not do any trouble shooting or even ask another co-worker or call the technical department. I ended up calling the customer service line myself and they FIXED the problem. The guy who had helped on the phone said that the gentleman working should of called instead of me calling. Not the greatest customer service. Other than typing numbers on the computer he never once looked at my phone Never tried restarting my account or to see if my data was refreshed. I wish I have gotten the man on the phones name because he was amazing.

Wel lets see first off there servise in maine for data is the best better then att better then verizon but they lied 2 times to me i spent 900 on my unlocked s9 from amazon so no extra charges and i got the unlimited 60 dollar card but 2 monthes in a row the bill was 110 then 85 60 is already more then straight talk i figured that would of been enough so i canceled
