We had such a great stay!! This is a no-frills hotel, for sure. But the price is great for being across the street from public beach access!! The rooms were clean, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier. There is also a pool with plenty of seating and umbrellas. Hotel doesn’t provide breakfast, but there’s coffee available in the lobby and a decent sized refrigerator in the room, so went to the store and stocked up on snacks and drinks. Great find, and we will definitely see you again next summer!! ☀️🌊🏝🐠🦀☀️

Positive: Rented a beach view room for our 29 year anniversary, reason for booking this hotel is it says pet friendly for our Yorkie, but the pet room are bottom floor only, so we had to move rooms, so disappointing and didn't get the lower room rate. Negative: Pet policy not specific and we had to move rooms and didn't pay lower rate. And wild loud people in the pool area at 2 am.

Michelle was very mean. We had a reservation and she told us our room was not ready at the check-in time. She would not entertain the idea of a refund despite them not holding up their end of the contract. They finally called at 6:30 (2.5 hours after check-in) to say the room was ready. We declined and called the main office for a refund. Later we called to confirm the refund and Michelle hung up on us. I do not recommend this hotel until Michelle is gone.

Had a very good experience. Rooms were clean and comfortable the view was understandable considering it wasn't on the beach the price though, was.. I think on the verge of outrageous with inflation and the usual price gouging due to "coming into season pricing"!!
