If it is a warranty issue, we will work with the vendor to get it repaired. If we are able to fix it ourselves, we can often schedule an appointment to fix it in your home. Either way, we are happy to solve the problem as quickly as possible.

The best window coverings for insulation are cellular shades (also known as honeycomb shades), roman shades, shutters and draperies. All four of these will keep heat out in the summer and in during the winter. Lining roman shades and draperies will increase how effective they are for insulating your windows.
