Pet friendly rooms are only first floour and no ocean view from there as the hotel is across the street. I don't know about smoking rooms. Great hotel! Very clean and nice.

They have smoking rooms. If the ocean veiw rooms are on the top floor not good veiw of the ocean

I'm not a hundred percent sure about smoking rooms but I think they are. They do have pet-friendly rooms and allow pets for a couple dollars extra. The hotel is across the street from the ocean but you do have a view on the ocean side of the hotel
