This hotel is overall trash. Small parking lot and spaces was the first giveaway. Then the staff was overall rude/dismissive. After 10 every door is locked and you can't get in the building unless you go through the parking garage.... Seriously you can't get to your room through the dam lobby after 10. Super frustrating! To top it all off check out was at 11:00 but the cleaning lady showed up at 9:30 acting like we were supposed to get out immediately while she was there. Don't stay here it's not worth it. Diamond resort or not it wasn't a great experience. Also a fire alarm went off at 10:30 our second day forcing us to leave the hotel before we wanted. Not the hotels fault but it does suck when your fresh out of the shower and have to evacuate immediately.

Location is perfect. Staff is accommodating. But, the Hotel needs work. Outlets and light fixtures in our room did not work. Business center had one printer. We couldn't use it to print our boarding passes because it needed a cartridge. Garage is very tight. I damaged my vehicle trying to navigate the tight turns on the exit ramp. Considering those issues, the hotel is overpriced.

My suite was a fair size but pricey! Service was amazing. My daughter left her tablet; they found it and sent it back to us! I enjoyed my stay! The outdoor pool was amazing and I love that they have a tennis court!

The hotel staff was so helpful and welcoming. The hotel was clean and has lots of amenities. The room was ample size and clean, however the furniture and fixtures are very dated. The huge bathtub is in a weird spot and requires some agility to climb in to take a shower. I stayed in room 713. The view is amazing and for that alone I would stay again.

It's not a dump... It's really not a bad hotel at all compared to some of the places I've had to stay. Regarding reserving a room, I would suggest giving them a call for this seeing as Google reviews is very unlikely to set you up a reservation.
They have a sauna, hot tub, indoor pool and a seasonal, outdoor pool. Also, a fitness center.
There is no lifeguard....we have a hotel bar that serves alcohol
On the beach. You just have to cross the boardwalk. It is a beachfront
Check in is at 4 but most places let you check in at 3. We got there at around 9 pm and asked if there was a possibility for a half day rate since we were so late and they refused. If you can go somewhere else I would.
For the most part you get your money back within 7 days if they cancel or you cancel
