Positive: The proximity to the beach. The staff was just okay, could have been friendlier being in hospitality business. I would stay again although I wish it had been a bit more presentable, ie; Lobby, elevator, room linens, etc.

Worst place to stay. The pictures from this hotel’s homepage are old(when the old owners were there). Not a place to take your kids. People walking around trying to look in your rooms all day and night. People smoking and drinking all day and night. I was there from Tuesday until this past Sunday. The housekeeper came in once(Thursday). On Saturday, I was trying to give my trash to one of the housekeepers who also works at the front desk. She told me to throw it away in a trash can.The smoke detector was yanked out the ceiling. The bathroom was dirty. The tv hardly worked it was going in and out. I couldn’t use the iron because the plug with cut off from the cord. If I didn’t have my kids with me, I would’ve slept in my car somewhere else. They make you sign a paper saying you have thirty minutes from check in time to get a refund. This place is not even worth a penny. I couldn’t get a refund since I paid through booking. If I could I would give this place no stars.

Positive: Great location if you can¿t do oceanfront. Middle of renovations on the restaurant and some of the rooms but overall very relaxed atmosphere. Nice and clean. Negative: Nothing. It was a great deal on a busy weekend in a more than decent location

Positive: Nothing at all. Negative: This hotel was very dirty. There were crack pipes on the ground old mattress outside old couches most likely filled with bed bugs. The smell of cigarettes and weed was absolutely terrible. There was also no pool. They need to update their website!
