Pretty sure this is my first time taking a moment to review an auto parts store but a great experience and phenomenal service definitely deserves to be acknowledged! I've always disliked having to go pick up parts for my vehicles; I usually end up feeling really ignorant (which, frankly, I am as far as car parts go lol) but still... Anyway, I swung by AutoZone the other day to grab some oil, windshield wipers, a headlight, and a couple other items for our little commuter car and am happy to report that I walked out of the store with an actual smile on my face. This is due to the fact that I was assisted by an employee that not only went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed (and the right parts at that), but she also effortlessly set me at ease with her easygoing and knowledgeable demeanor. Plus, bonus, she cracked me up during the entire transaction with her friendly chatting and comedic stories and one-liners. Through this all she remained professional and represented this store in an exemplary fashion. I believe she was a supervisor or perhaps a manager (and if she isn't, she should be promoted, STAT) and I made sure to get her name at the end (Joanna) so that I could give her a shout out because she was that amazing. Let it be known that I will most certainly be visiting this location (hopefully when Joanna is working!) for any and all of my future auto part needs. :)

Amazing customer service every time I’ve been here! Particularly by those working 7/12/22 at 7:00pm. I can’t believe they gave me a diagnostic code for free when a mechanic was going to charge $140!

Awesome customer service, very friendly and welcoming place. Prices are more expensive here but great business. But I rather go somewhere else that's less expensive.

Went there tonight for wiper blades and cabin air filter. Gentlemen who at register greeted me promptly. He was very nice and immediately looked at the specific parts I needed. He gave me a few options and even installed my wipers for me! Was a great experience will be going back when needed

Masks are required and they have the plastic dividers, while I have never seen them wipe surface down, I am sure they do
