I received the email regarding the bus pick up and drop off for my son . My son had all the info he needed to know what his to get on. Today my son had not arrived home on the time that was listed. Apparently we were given the wrong bus number and my son got on to a bus that wasn’t his which wasn’t his fault because we were going off of what you had given us. The main thing I’m upset about is why my son was on a bus for an hour and nobody had contacted me to let me know what was going on. I had to chase down his bus by using my sons gps on his phone until I redirected them to go where he needed to go by calling my sons cell phone and him giving her directions. This absolutely unacceptable and should of never happend. There needs to be a List in place for the drivers and staff so they know who is getting on what bus so this kind of thing doesn’t happen. Or at least have staff help assist students getting on the bus. The drivers need to do a better job with communicating because somebody should have reached out to me. And for the driver to be rude and says this thing happens all the time and laugh about it is wrong. An autistic child should of never had to go through that experience. And the staff for the bus barn are not friendly nor helpful. There’s a thing called professionalism, not answer in Condescending attitude and act like they don’t care because they are miserable from their career choice they made. Theses are peoples children and we trust you to take care of them. Do your job!

Every time I call them, the lady that answers the phone is rude and seems like she doesn't want to be there. I get they are understaffed but customer service is key.

I really wanted to thank Laura the bus driver from bus 428 for being very friendly and understand for my child who attended the music camp this summer at Mcnary high school. Laura was always on time and always happy whenever she picked up and dropped off my child. Sometimes he would fall asleep on the bus and Laura was very understanding because it was a long bus ride! I really wish more bus drivers were like her and if I could I would ride her bus just because she is such a nice lady! Thank you Laura for being a rock star bus driver! You are awesome!
