The owner will not come in and fill the change machine and told us we should have brought change with us. According to her too many lowlife people come in there. I have never seen such a rude owner. Go to Dovies Westside laundry mat. Very busy but at least the owner cares about her business and her customers.Coin Op laundry doesn't care about their customers or their business.

One change machine was working.always busy half of the washers are out of order best time to go is between 5am to 7am. I went one day and their was a guy sleeping on the floor.

My husband and I are from out of state and we stopped to do laundry. Half of the washers and dryers were out of order and the lady working there was very unpleasant. She talked unnecessarily rude to customers and basically called me a liar when she heard me tell a lady not to use a particular dryer because it didn't dry and she rudely interrupted and said that it did dry, but we should know because we just wasted 4 quarters on that particular dryer. I just didn't want that lady to waste 4 quarters just as we had. I do not recommend this place until there are some changes made.

All I can say is don't use the drop off service. They either stole or lost not only half of my clothes but also my laundry basket too. But apparently "they aren't responsible for any missing or lost items." When I gave them my clothes to wash, so who is responsible then supposedly? I mean even the manager never called me back about my missing stuff.
