I’ve been here for a couple of weeks and I can already tell it’s one of the worst places I’ll ever work at. They expect you to know how to do a job right when you start and to get out production numbers right from the beginning. And then they are left wondering why turnover is so high. It’s obvious that making sure managers get their bonuses is the highest priority. Production is heavily prioritized over any sort of proper training. Pathetic company to work for.

School distric5 uses Valeo and spheros but mostly spheros because the busses were ordered in 2018 before the it was changed to Valeo but the hvac feels great! One picture is spheros one is Valeo.

Even as a temp you make $14.25 then when you are hired on you go up to $14.33 and a raise every 3 months for 15 months
