I go shopping here on a weekly basis and I have seen a lot of confusion and chaos in the check out lines each week. Many of the cashiers need to be trained in proper customer service and how to talk to customers. Some of them do not even know how to use the technology to look up items that the customers are purchasing… This week I stood in line for over 25 minutes with only two people in front of me. The cashier was having issues with EVERY single item he was scanning. When it was my turn to checkout he took one of my items and tossed it aside and said “you cannot get this”. (Which was the only thing he said to me during the time I checked out with him). I asked him what the issue was, and he said “no barcode”. (The item was a single Kraft Mac and cheese cup. It had apparently been taken out of a package of multiple cups and put into the shelf). The cashier offered no help at all and didn’t even offer for me to go get another item that did have a barcode. I witnessed this cashier also being extremely impatient and short with other customers as well, and providing no help or aid to them when they asked questions or needed assistance. Like I said, these employees need more training.. and there needs to be something done about the way checkout lines are handled and managed.

I have shopped at this WinCo quite often and have always been happy with prices and the well stocked shelves. I was so impressed at the most recent visit. An elderly gentleman in front of me, in line, was having a lot of difficulty getting his groceries out of his cart. It did not matter how busy the store was nor how many people were in line, this particular checker, Christopher A., came around the counter and assisted the gentleman with his groceries. Christopher was friendly and made him feel so comfortable! Then, when the elderly gentleman was having difficulties with counting his cash, Christopher again showed so much patience. WinCo should be proud of their employees, particularly if they conduct themselves as Christopher!

WinCo is always good, but this is the worst one. the bathrooms are terrible and need a big overhaul. they don't have the pizza or a warm food section.

1-star in hopes of getting WinCo's attention. Will gladly upgrade if the issue is addressed. Coffee grinders have been broken or otherwise inoperative every time I've visited in the past two months, and using them is pretty much the only reason I don't just go across the street to Safeway, which would be much faster. I'm fine with moving a pile of 50+ flattened boxes off something I want to buy as long as it's not been crushed, but please maintain your equipment.

Today is 12/7/2019 and I was there yesterday and they had some kind of free turkey going on. I thik it was free with $100.00 of grocerys
The questions are based off people who ask them. It is not at all on the business, but if you have a legit question about winco you can ask
I didn't see any signs about elderly hours. They did have a sign up on commercial Street stating closed from 12 a.m. to 7 a.m. for restocking purposes. Dollar general is the only store that I have seen advertised senior hours.
I have seen it before. You could call them or go look.
Yes, most nuts, including macadamia, can be bought in their bulk section. They may be seasonal.
Same time all other delis close
Yes. They don't have a bottle return though, there is a bottle drop drop just down the street.
