Be very careful when ordering from this company. Be skeptical of the positive reviews. The negative reviews imply this compant sells defective parts. Then give you the runaround. I just received a broken part today and they have never responded to my calls or messages.

That's unfortunate to hear I bought a fiamma awning from them a few months ago(they were the only company that had one available) . They were spot on and the service was great I even broke one of the legs on my last trip and they were very responsive and shipped me a new part. Sorry to hear about your experience I did not have the same there.
