This place is horrible. So much so that I am convinced the good reviews are bots. Solely because every single complaint I have is based on maintenance. The day we move in we don’t have a fridge, so he goes and gets one and smacks every wall on the way up, leaving dents and scuffs. Then he says he’s not going to connect the ice because it’s the smaller fridge and he’d bring us the correct one soon. We never got that fridge, nor was the ice ever connected. Then my dryer breaks, We put in a request and literally never hear anything back, and I end up fixing the problem myself. Then my garage door breaks, I’m unable to get inside the garage for FOUR MONTHS! put in multiple requests and it took FOUR MONTHS. Im extremely lucky my car wasn’t inside when this happened. THEN my washing machine starts leaking, I put in a request, takes them 2 weeks to figure out whether or not they “have on in storage” in total, it took almost a month to get a new washing machine. This place markets itself as luxury, but you do NOT receive that kind of customer service. Not only that, but they increased rent 20% with the lease resign. I absolutely do not recommend renting here. I am not resigning my lease.

Don’t move here. Seriously would leave 0 stars if I could. I was told the 2 bed rooms came with a garage and I have yet to receive one and I’ve lived here for a month. I had to hunt down a maintenance person to get the keys to my apartment since there was no one in the office during business hours to give me the keys. Only time I’m able to talk to someone is when I go into the office otherwise they seem to avoid my calls and never reach back out to me.

If you live on the first floor it can be a little noisy from above but it's a pretty great neighborhood. From when I first moved into this apartment to now, the property management has changed and had a big turn around. They have made a conscious effort and huge strides in management. The office along with the maintenance crew has been responsive and helpful. But the real reason to live here are the views! Aside from being a quiet neighborhood with a lot of families (kid friendly), it has the most amazing views of mount Hood, Washougal, and the Columbia River with the quietness of being off the main road.

I run by these apartments all the time and smile and say hello to people I see. A lady named Jessica was the fist and only person to actually smile back and say hello. The next time I went for a run she was there again so I stoped to chat. Lovely woman that said she only recently started managing the apartments. To the person who hired this lady well done. The world needs more people who are friendly and engaging.
