This is a terrible place to take cats! SERIOUSLY DONT TAKE YOUR CAT HERE!!! I had an appointment for 11:00 and they made me drop off my cats at 7:30 in the morning and to then come pick it up at 9:30. They didn't check me in until almost 8:30 I asked when would they be ready for pick up and they told me 1:00. By 1:30 I hadn't received a single phone call letting me know how my cats were doing. So I called them and asked if they were almost done or if my cats where okay they told me that for one of the cats they could do absolutely no testing because he was "uncooperative" when they took me to go see how he was acting the only thing he was doing was growling at hissing (at complete strangers) which is a cat's normal reaction he wasn't trying to bite them or scratch them whatsoever he was just growling and hissing at them. My other cat wasn't done until 3:30 in the afternoon but the worst part was that THEY LET MY CATS SIT IN THEIR CARRIER FOR 6 HOURS WITHOUT GIVING THEM FOR OR WATER and they let the "uncooperative" cat sit in his urine for those 6 hours. then they had the audacity to charge $400 because I refused to get on their membership. I will never want to go back there again.

This is the worst Banfield ever… I paid another $500.00 dollars to have my cat's right paw checked, 3 days later it started to bleed, I urgently returned to see what was happening and was told that I would have to take it to an emergency because the vet was having lunch and they wouldn't have time for my cat… BUT IT'S A RETURN AFTER 3 DAYS OF URGENCY…. It was suggested to me to take the emergency to another hospital and pay again… AN ABSURD AND LACK OF COMMON SENSE FROM THE ATTENDANT… DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMALS IN THIS PLACE!!! WILL BE TREATED LIKE GARBAGE!

Dr. shine is impossible to get ahold of. She writes cryptic notes on pets physical assessments and when you try to ask her what that means she talks down to you and gives a side of attitude… if she even gets on the phone at all. My dog has heart disease (something that won’t go away) and somehow it’s impossible to get his script re-filled every month in a timely manner-He often goes days without his heart medication because the receptionist fails to call back after countless “I’ll talk to Dr. Shine, and call you back in 10 minutes!” They never do. The next day the next person has no idea what you’re talking about. And if you do get a script, Banfield is always out of that medication and you have to use a whole other pharmacy that manufactures medications which also takes about a week. I recently switched locations because Dr. Shine doesn’t practice appropriately, she honestly should be ashamed of herself. Also- I contacted “Banfieldcares” ... No answer, shocker. It’s ridiculous you have to deal with this when your pet has a disease and you pay over $60 monthly just to go to Banfield. I drive far for a different vet who is much more attentive to my dogs needs. I honestly have been a Banfield customer for 8 years and never had these issues. Just DO NOT use this location!

I have been looking for a new vet office and I finally found this one. The lady I think name Kimberly was awesome on the phone with all of my questions so I stopped in for tick medicine and haven't had any issues since. Everyone was so helpful and nice. I will definitely be bringing my Bella here when she needs to see the doc.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
Hi Dana - Thanks for reaching out! The hospital will be your best source for pricing information, but for a rough estimate on certain services, you can also use our pricing calculator here: https://www.banfield.com/our-hospitals/services-pricing#/pricingwidget
